Spools are horizontally installed in dual design, i.e. one for operation and the other for standby, switch between spools manually  

Pay-off tension control: by copper base friction belt, tension control range: 600-2200g

Pay-off port is installed with contact type break protection device

Take-up rack is a welded rack 

Total number of wires in range of take-up capacity: 60, group control

Four sets of 22Kw motors for wire take-up and 2 sets of 0.75Kw motors for winding displacement 

Take-up spool: φ800 (1T)

Take-up spool is horizontally suspended installed and equipped with lizfting apliances. 

Traction wheel diameter: φ350, with surface WC coated at a surface hardness in range of HRC60~62. 

Control of winding displacement in range of 5 ~ 10mm can be achieved at both ends, winding displacement sensor can be regulated at terminal (both ends), gear and rack drive system is adopted for transmission. 

Winding tension control: friction clutch, regulation of torque is achieved by pneumatic control; copper base friction belt is adopted for friction purpose.
