SF2 stranding machine

Stranding machine SF2 is mainly consisting of external pay-off device, mainframe, take-up device and electrical control cabinets etc   

1.1Work material: brass plated high carbon steel wire

1.2Structure of cord thread：2*0.3、2+1*0.27、2*1*0.27、2+2*0.30

1.3Designed maximum speed of revolution: 6000Rpm

2  External pay-off device

2.1Pay-off spool: 2 spools of model WS50 

2.2Steel wire pay-off shaft tension control: copper base steel belt 

3 Mainframe

3.3Main motor: 11Kw-4P ACVF motor 

3.4Over twist motor: 1.5Kw servo motor 

3.5Wire passing bridge of flywheel: spring steel, wire passing mold is made from Cr12 heat treated generally  

3.6Over-twisting pattern: double wheels three slots: speed of which may be stepless controlled in range of 0 ~ 7000 Rpm, stable range = set value ±0.1％  

3.7Mainframe brake: pneumatic disc brake

3.8All door cover is installed with noise enclosure, induced draft fan and exhaust fan at power rate of 0.45Kw are installed inside main chamber 

3.9Bearing for main shaft and twister: High precision bearing manufactured by FAG/SKF 

4Take-up section 

4.1Take-up motor: 1.1kw-8P ACVF motor 

4.2Take-up form: by pneumatic ejector pin, by spool of model B40, B60, B80 and WS34

4.3ATC device: residue torsion control< ±1 revolution /meter, residue torsion fluctuation within 20 meters after startup <±1.5 revolution /meter, drift of residue center value for starting and ending phase of startup will not excess one revolution. The device is designed and installed with standard flat spring sized at 1.2*0.33 

4.4Winding displacement: 4±1.5mm, motor for winding displacement: 120W reversing motor, synchronous belt for clamping  

4.5Wire arraying ring is designed with wire miss protection 

4.6Door model detection device is installed
