Stranding machine SF12/15 is mainly consisting of core strand pay-off device, mainframe, take-up device and electrical control cabinets etc.

3Mainframe
3.1spools of model WS7 inside cradle of SF15; 1 spool of model WS34 and 12 spools of model WS7 inside cradle of SF12
3.2Steel wire pay-off shaft tension control: copper base steel belt or white fabric belt
3.3Main motor: 15Kw-2P ACVF motor
3.4Over twist motor: 1.5Kw servo motor
3.5Wire passing bridge of flywheel: spring steel, wire passing mold is made from Cr12 heat treated generally
3.6Over-twisting pattern: double wheels three slots: speed of which may be stepless controlled in range of 0 ~ 7000 Rpm, stable range set value ±0.1%
3.7Mainframe brake: pneumatic disc brake
3.8All door cover is installed with noise enclosure, induced draft fan and exhaust fan at power rate of 0.45Kw are installed inside main chamber
3.9Bearing for main shaft and twister: High precision bearing manufactured by FAG/SKF
4 Take-up section
4.1Take-up motor: 1.1kw-8P ACVF motor
4.2Take-up form: by pneumatic ejector pin, by spool B40, B60, B80, 607 and 420
4.3 ATC device: residue torsion control< ±1 revolution /meter, residue torsion fluctuation within 20 meters after startup <±1.5 revolution meter, drift of residue center value for starting and ending phase of startup will not excess one revolution. The device is designed and installed with standard flat spring sized at 1.2*0.33、2.0*0.5
4.4Winding displacement: 4±1.5mm, motor for winding displacement: 120W reversing motor, synchronous belt for clamping.
4.5Wire arraying ring is designed with wire miss protection
4.6Door model detection device is installed
