TR stranding machine

Stranding machine of Model TR is mainly consisting of core strand pay-off (twisting) device, upper thread pay-off device, cord guide rack, front over-twist device, twisting take-up device (mainframe) and electric control cabinets etc.    

Twined twister of model TR is capable of twisting to strand a high carbon steel wire at diameter ranging from 0.17 to 0.23. It’s also capable of twisting and stranding steel wires of various core strand structures. 

1.Work material: brass plated individual thread, high carbon steel wire 

2. Tensile strength : 280-320kg/mm2

4.Structure of cord thread: 3+9+15*0.17、3+8+13*0.22

(四）Twisting take-up device (mainframe) 

1.Applicable spool: B40、B60，B80，305，320 wheel

2.Twisting direction: s/z

3.Twisting pitch: 16，17，18mm±0.5mm

4.Winding displacment: reciprocating screw 

5.Control of winding displacement: 6.4mm (B40、F75)、6.08mm (B80)

6.Flywheel speed of revolution: 3500rpm/minute (maximum)
