Straightening machine

The straightening machine is mainly consisting of pay-off device, mainframe, take-up device and electrical cabinets etc, which is applicable for correcting process parameters such as residue torque of cord thread and straightness. It can also be used as rewinding machine.  

1.1Work material: Brass plating cord thread

1.2Maximum take-up capacity: 150m/min (speed of which may be increased by adjusting relevant configuration)

2 Pay-off device

2.1Pay-off spool: B40，B60，B80

2.2Pneumatic clamping, passive pay-off

2.3Mechanical tension control, with wobble wheel coil out device

3 Mainframe section

3.1Coil in tension control: servo tension control, with spring tension buffer device (or by dedicated tension control motor that driven by synchronous belt wheel) 

3.2Generally equipped with over-twister and straightener 

3.3Main motor: 2.2Kw-4P ACVF motor 

3.4Over-twist motor: 15Kw servo motor 

3.5Over-twisting pattern: double wheels three slots: speed of which may be stepless controlled in range of 0 ~ 7000 Rpm, stable range = set value ±0.1％ (can be configured with four wheels single slot over-twister) 

3.6Mainframe brake: pneumatic disc brake

4Take-up section 

4.1Take-up motor: 1-1Kw-8P ACVF motor

4.2Take-up form: by pneumatic ejector pin, by spool of model B40, B60, B80 and WS34 

4.3ATC device: residue torsion control< ±1 revolution/meter, residue torsion fluctuation within 20 meters after startup <±1.5 revolution /meter, drift of residue center value for starting and ending phase of startup will not excess one revolution. The device is designed and installed with standard flat spring sized at 1.2*0.33 

4.4Winding displacement: 4±1.5mm, motor for winding displacement: 120W reversing motor, synchronous belt for clamping 

4.5Wire arraying ring is designed with wire miss protection

4.6Door model detection device is installed
