1.5Spool clamping: pneumatic ejector 

1.6Meter measuring precsion: 0.1% (Length deviation for the full wheel shall be controlled within +/-10 meter)

1.8 Pay-off and take-up motor：YVPl00L1-4/B3(2.2KW)

1.9Brake pattern: electromagnetic brake (YSB1-B-5) or pneumatic disc brake  

2Equipment mainframe

2.1Welded rack treated for vibration aging 

2.2It’s equipped with door model for wire joint break detection and device for detecting any wire breaking or missing  

2.3A separate meter measuring wheel is equipped.

2.4Tension control: counterweight constant tension control 

2.5Electrical cabinets are installed inside the mainframe
