Multi-core waste wire rewinding machine

Multi-core waste wire rewinding machine is designed mainly for rewinding core thread and waste individual thread. The equipment is designed in a structure with four sets combined in two levels, with lower level for pay-off and upper level for take-up.  

2 Pay-off 

2.1Spools mainly are of model B40, B60 and B80, or can be customized upon customer request 

2.2Spool clamping: by cylinder ejector pin

2.3Damp: passive damping, oil immersed hemp twist or fabric belt 

3 Take up section

3.1Take up spools: spool of model B40, B60 and B80 etc.

3.2Take-up station is designed at upper level of the equipment 

3.3Take-up motor: 0.75 KW 

3.4Spool clamping: by cylinder ejector pin 

3.5Winding displacement: polished rod for winding displacement 

3.6Take-up tension control: mechnical buffer device 

3.7 Take-up speed: 5m/min (max)
