 Mainly used for manufacturing cord thread for OTR and caterpillar.

5.Pay-off section

5.1.Pay-off spool: spool sized at φ253

5.2.Pay-off tension: mechanical constant tension control, with chain dampering block 

5.3.Coil out port: is equipped with contact break detection device

6.1.Mainframe power: 22KW high efficiency motor 

6.2.Drum spool, 6 disc: spool sized at φ253

6.3.Spool: boat welding type, tempering

6.4.Spool installation: shaft insertion type 

6.5.Tension control: mechanical constant tension control, with chain dampering block

7Traction, wrapping and over-twist sections 

7.1.Wrapping section  

7.1.1Maximum speed of revolution of wrapping head: 15000rpm

7.1.3Wrapping tension control: hysteresis 

7.1.4Wrapping protection shell is equipped with noise enclosure, for inside, a sound insulation damping layer is designed.   

7.2 Over-twist 

7.2.1Over-twist pattern: four wheels single slot over-twister 

7.2.2Over-twist motor: 0.37KW, equipped with gear motor.

7.3Horizontal traction wheel: 45#, surface WC spray coated, multiple slots wheel: CR12, entirely quenched up to HRC60-62 

7.4 Support package: straightener  

7.5Contact break detection device: is equipped at coil out port and location of traction wheel 

8  Take-up section 

8.1Take-up motor: 2.2Kw

8.2Take-up spool: B40，B60，B80

8.3Winding displacement: ball screw driven by 0.75kw servo motor
