T4 stranding machine is a twined stranding machine, with features of high-efficiency, high speed and compact size.

2.4Flywheel for twisting: stainless steel pressed flywheel, with mating YG6 groove for wire passing

2.5  Main motor: 5.5kw

2.6Main and bed shaft bearing: SKF 

2.7Over-twister: double wheels three slots structure, control by servor motor at power rate of 1.5KW

2.8Equipped with contact break detection device and door model detection mechanism 

2.9Winding displacement: servor motor (equipped with planetary transmission) driven at power rate of 400w and synchronous belt clamped. 

2.10 Take-up spool: B40，B60，B80

2.11 Take-up motor: 0.55kw-6p

2.12Take-up section is configured with slot for process card, trays for wheel fully-loaded and zero-loaded.
